"Check Acceptance Policy"
Aledo ISD has established the following policy for accepting checks and collecting bad checks: For a check to be an acceptable form of payment, it must include your current, full and accurate name, and address and telephone number. When paying by check, you authorize the recovery of unpaid checks and the recovery of the state-allowed fee by means of electronic re-presentment. For assistance, please contact Paytek at 866-399-4101.

New Menus and New Pricies
New Menus and Pricing for New School Year
 
This year, breakfast and lunch options have changed at some Aledo ISD campuses. You’ll also see an “Ideal Meal” at AHS for students requesting premium ingredients. See below for pricing information.
 
The district’s Child Nutrition webpage includes icons to let users click on Nutri-Café for interactive meal planning and nutritional information. The “Apply Online” and “Status Online” tabs provide sign-up assistance for reduced-price meals. “My School Bucks” lets you sign up and pay for school meals anytime, anywhere from your computer or smartphone. You also can download Nutri-Café and My School Bucks apps from the App Store on your smartphone. It’s simple, safe and secure. Get started today!  For printable version, click here.

Arrival and Dismissl Procedures

Drop-off and Pickup Procedures

 
Student drop-off and pickup procedures allow for our students to safely enter or exit the building as quickly and efficiently as possible.  When dropping off your student, only the front/main entrance will be used.  Please pull up all the way to the first available color square painted on the sidewalk and have your child exit the vehicle quickly.  If you must exit your car to help your child, please pull up past the colors to allow other cars to continue to pull up.  A crossing guard is available to assist parents and students who park and walk up to the building for school business.  All parents must check in with the office and receive a visitor’s badge before accessing the building.
 
Students may be dismissed either by bus or by parent car pickup.  No crossing guard is available in the afternoon to provide for parent walk-ups, therefore, for the safety of our students and their parents,
NO parent walk-ups will be allowed at dismissal.  When picking up your child by car, pull all the way forward to the first available color and stay in your car.  A staff member will open the car door and help your child enter the vehicle.  If you need to assist your child with buckling their seat belt, please pull up past the colors to allow other cars to continue to pull up. Bus transportation may be arranged through the transportation website at tinyurl.com/hwz23ml and call the Bus Barn at 817-441-5141 with any changes. Students need to be at their bus stop and visible to the bus driver, at least ten minutes before the stated time of pick up and up to ten minutes after.
